IDEA – VALIDATION PLAN

Starting in november HubLegal.cl is offering to startups who are in the Idea/Validation stage of their projects a monthly legal services plan that includes:

• Up to 2 hours of personalized consulting, face to face or via Skype according to HubLegal.cl availability.
• The confection or «tailoring» of one simple agreements or the revision of a proposed agreement by third parties, according to the needs of the project. Example of contracts: No Disclosure Agreement, Personal Services Agreements (developers, designers or alike), Founders Agreement, Collaboration Agreement, Employment Contract, etc.
• Response to specific questions by e-mail.
• Special discount rate in other services of HubLegal.cl

During 2015 the plan will be offered at a monthly fee of CLP$140.000.- (USD$200 approx.)

PLAN IDEA – VALIDACION

Desde noviembre HubLegal.cl ofrece a los emprendedores que se encuentren en etapa de Idea/Validación de su proyecto un plan mensual de asesoría legal que incluye:

• Hasta 2 horas de consultoría personalizada, presencial o vía Skype según disponibilidad de HubLegal.cl.
• La redacción o adaptación de un contrato simple o la revisión de un contrato propuesto por terceros, de acuerdo a las necesidades del proyecto. Ejemplo de contratos: Acuerdos de Confidencialidad, Contratos de Prestación de Servicios Personales (desarrolladores, diseñadores u otros), Acuerdo entre Fundadores, Acuerdo de Colaboración, Contrato de Trabajo, Finiquito, etc.
• Respuesta a dudas puntuales por correo electrónico.
• Descuento especial en otros servicios de HubLegal.cl.

Al contratar el plan durante el 2015, el valor mensual será de $140.000.- al mes.
